Wanting: to finish the book as the twee language is irritating meLooking: out at grey clouds and weak sunshine
Playing: solitaire games on my new lap top
Deciding: whether to finish another pot-holder, do the last section of my Hitchhiker shawlette, or re-edge my ripple, or make something new from cotton from my Hook, Yarn and Crochet book
Wishing: those 100+ baby cashmerino blocks from my long ago CAL would organise themselves into a blanket
Enjoying: using up oddments of yarn on the star ripple blanket
Waiting: for a yarn delivery, I’ve run out of pink mid-way round the last row (not really the point of stash bushing makes, I know!)
Liking: that I could use a little of my birthday voucher for the order, thanks my friend
Wondering: if it’s silly to try to sell on Etsy, there are SO MANY similar items listed. But none made by me…

Thanks to Pip for the list, it’s fun to play again. If you join in too let me in the comments below. I’d like to read yours.
Love reading this post and some gorgeous pictures. Don’t envy the cold tea. Maybe its time I did another post like this, such fun.
Do, they’re fun to read!
I liked checking out all this yarn. Your tomato harvest is terrific. The first photo is awesome. It’s like a scene from a film.
Thank you, it’s Stowe which was the home of the Earl of Buckingham. Built in 1700, but due to massive overspending in the 1800s (Queen Victoria visited and was NOT amused by the overstuffed rooms. In the end they owed millions and millions of pounds in today’s money) fell into disrepair. It became a private boys school in 1923. There are fantastic grounds with lots to see (managed by the National Trust.)
It was fun to read your thoughts.. you new header is fabulous.. the grays and then that pop of my very favorite color… raspberry. ((hugs)), Teresa :-)
Thanks Teresa. I’m glad you like it I’ve been wanting a fancy graphic designed logo, and just popped that up for a change, but actually really like it too.
Beautiful pictures once again and so refreshing to read your blog! Love it!
Thank you very much, what a lovely comment.
Thinking: that’s one nutty chick over there.
Enjoying: how she makes me laugh
Envying: her beautiful crochet.
Envying #2: her skills in the kitchen.
Aww! Thanks Jill. I’d love to read your version of this too.
Really enjoyed the post, long list. I like peppermint tea, not sure I could drink it cold. That star blanket is beautiful
