Hello. I was delighted to hop on and see a new post from you! I love this post! It’s nice to hear what you’ve been up to lately. Blue skies and sunny days are the best, especially this time of year. Scottish cornbread looks delicious by the way. And I love the sound of toasted goat cheese and chutney on toast.
I’m currently meal planning and making a grocery list for tomorrow. Although I need to get dinner going for tonight – a sausage, cabbage, and potato sheet pan. We’ve had blue skies and sun along with cold temperatures the last few days, but are expecting clouds and rain tomorrow and Saturday. I’m looking forward to going out to lunch with my family tomorrow. My husband works from home and since we homeschool my daughter doesn’t have school on Fridays so tomorrow will be a fun day for us along with grocery shopping. Take care. Keep posting. Love seeing updates from you!
Thank you that’s such a lovely thing to write.
I’m really into tray bakes / sheet pan meals too. So easy as you basically just pop it in and leave it to cook. No stirring!
Have a lovely week Julia.
