Lazy Day

Baking cheese scones to eat a couple warm from the oven with butter for lunch, then settling down to ripple some more while listening to A Dark Adapted Eye by Barbara Vine ….. lazy summer day.

What about you?

  1. Passenger seat hooky (rippling) on way back from Grandma P’s, then cold drinks in garden. Ran down steps to answer phone and twisted my ankle. Got a sore and slightly fat ankle now with ice pack on it, but upside was the call was an invitation to a barbecue tonight.

  2. Loving the ripple. Me… Busy
Gardening for an hour, bilberry picking, made a coffee and walnut cake, an hours embroidery, strawberry mousse to make and stuffed aubergines and Greek salad. Just enjoying a lemon tea. Bliss this retirement lark.

I'd love to hear from you...
