Blenheim Palace at Christmas

It’s the final week to see the Palace decorated with a Three Kings Christmas theme before it closes to visitors next weekend until the New Year. Sadly photos are not allowed inside, but before I realised (ish) I took a photo of a small tree in one of the Churchill rooms.
Small school children were singing carols in front of the HUGE tree in the main entrance hall, with parents and visitors standing to listen, otherwise I would have sneaked a photo for you all.

They’re doing a roaring trade in Christmas trees from the Blenheim estate.

After a good wander it’s time to warm up at home now with a large glass of red, some tasty nibbles and a slice of chocolate truffle cake.
